Midtown Modern is a 4-storey, wood-frame building with 50 units, built in 2019, and is part of a larger "Midtown" collection of projects in the Mount Pleasant East neighborhood. The development is a mixed-use building with commercial retail spaces, underground parking, and bicycle storage.
